In Silence

She gazed upon him ,
with a sad look on her face ,
she wondered what its like ,
to be in his sweet embrace

From afar , she watched him closely ,
with tears filling up her eyes ,
and as the tears rolls down slowly ,
she began to realize :

"I could never be his woman ,
he could never be my man ,
he has a ring on his right hand ,
maybe i should leave all my love behind"

He would remain as a fantasy ,
a dream that wont come true ,
a magic lamp without its genie ,
a puzzle without a clue."

She then fell down on her knees ,
and she asked herself, "why does it have
to be like this?"
she cried until she fell asleep ,
she resumed on living a never ending
make-believe ,

She continued to love him silently ,
though it gives her so much pain ,
and as the wound of a forbidden love
scars her deeply ,
she chose to love him just the same
